1. The carrying capacity of the trailer is 65 tons. The main frame of the platform is made of 30 # steel, with a maximum width of 4.5 meters and a length of 15.5 meters (reinforced at the bottom or both sides). The whole vehicle is designed to be assembled into components for convenient transportation. The module is divided into five parts. The upper part of the front is the engine power system and hydraulic system, the lower part of the front is the walking and steering mechanism, the middle body part is the boat bearing support adjustment component, the lower part is two sets of hydraulic lifting mechanisms, and the walking is six sets of press fit solid tires.

2. The vehicle is designed to be remotely controlled and self traveling. The power system adopts internal combustion engine with hydraulic system. The traveling power adopts two sets of hydraulic motor deceleration integrated drivers. The maximum torque of a single driver is 16 kN. The hydraulic lock brake is equipped. The system has the advantages of low power noise and simple operation.

3. The design width of the tug support device can be adjusted to support ships of different specifications. 300mm rubber pipe is paved on the support frame to prevent the bottom from being damaged, which has good protection. The height of the tug is adjustable, and the lifting stroke is 1-3 meters. The front is designed with a balance adjustment mechanism. Ensure that the watercraft is kept horizontal when walking on different slopes, greatly improving driving safety.

4. The vehicle control system adopts remote control operation, and the power system adopts 110 HP Cummins engine. The hydraulic pump imported from Taiwan is used for the hydraulic system, and the lifting cylinder is a 250mm diameter cylinder arm with a maximum lifting force of 35t per cylinder.

5. The vehicle is equipped with 6 solid wheels, each bearing 13 tons. The theoretical load carrying capacity of the whole vehicle is 78 tons. The design concept of this axle is suspension type, and the vehicle body level and tire load force balance can be adjusted according to the road roughness.
